Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For handcrafted or custom-made pieces, delivery may take between 4-6 weeks depending on your location and the specific artisan schedule.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Are Vitrine Furniture products covered by a warranty?
Every piece of furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
Can I request fabric or wood finish samples?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of matching your existing decor. You can order up to five material swatches for free through our 'Sample Request' page to see the colors and textures in person.
How should I care for and maintain my new furniture?
